I’m hoping to gain more experience in the world of all things Patisserie. For the most part, this blog is a means for me to document the process of living and working in Paris, for myself, for those who are interested in doing something similar, or for anyone who wants to read something new/discover new recipes and places to travel to while they stroke their dog and sip chai.


Incase it wasn’t already mentioned 38 times, Paris. And any other adventures along the way while my husband and I live here.


2017 to who knows. I’m trying to embrace uncertainty- I’ll let you know how that pans out.


I have a lot of thoughts- and they usually end up in a tangled ball of anxiety that nests in my brain. So this blog is a way for me to try wrangle that ball into a subservient, untangled piece of string.
