I’m Zahara Valibhoy and I am a Pastry Chef from Melbourne, Australia. In 2017 I moved to Paris for some international experience. I started this blog as a means for me to document that process. I have a lot of thoughts- and they usually end up in a tangled ball of anxiety that nests in my brain, and so, this blog is a way for me to try wrangle that ball into a subservient, untangled piece of string.
In 2018 I moved back to Melbourne where I am continuing to surround myself with all things pastry. My business, Beurre, is up and running again, and you can get in touch for any dessert orders that you may need.
